B7-H3 may participate in the regulation of T-cell-mediated immune response. B7-H3 also plays a protective role in tumor cells by inhibiting natural-killer mediated cell lysis as well as a role of marker for detection of neuroblastoma cells. The beads can be used to capture the human IgG in Chemiluminescence procedures.The antibody reacts with the Fc portion of human IgG heavy chain but not with the Fab portion of human IgG. No antibody was detected against human IgM or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.
